Trane Announces New DeSoto County Facility

Trane, the leading global provider of indoor comfort systems and comprehensive facility solutions, has announced plans to locate a facility in Southaven. The company will lease Building H of the IDI Stateline Business Park, which will total 373,000 square feet. The move, which is expected to be complete by March 1, 2008, will consolidate Trane’s Memphis and La Crosse, Wisconsin Distribution Centers into a new global parts distribution center.

Trane is the air conditioning systems and services business of American Standard Companies, Inc. THe company’s offerings include energy efficient heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems, service and parts support, advanced building controls and financing solutions. Each Trane system is designed to meet the specific needs of customers who want heating, cooling, dehumidifying and air cleaning systems for residential, commercial, institutional and industrial applications. Trane is wholly owned by American Standard Companies, inc., which is incorporated in the State of Delaware.
